Lis Stokes- England

"My business was started up a few years ago after many trips to India, a place which holds a very big part of my heart and every time I return from there a little bit more stays behind. I have a heritage of textiles within my family from French weavers, Scottish knitters, heraldic embroiderer and court dressmakers so have this passion for textiles especially from India. I sell my pieces from a small unit at Christchurch Emporium (Dorset) in the south of England - these include the now famous Pabi Bags made by a beautiful Rabari lady (Pabiben) who I met many years ago at a small community in the Rann of Kutch. This fab lady now makes these fab bags which I love to sell and I know whoever purchases these will enjoy many happy hours using them. Buy and enjoy your Pabi bag."
